Zeburaika is a zebra-like Pokémon, primarily black with various zigzagging stripes and bands on its body and limbs. With an awesome base 116 Speed it is faster than most Pokémon and thanks to a decent base 100 Attack it is also able to hit quite hard. Offensively speaking Electric type is one of the best in the game but unfortunately Zeburaika's narrow movepool limits its usefulness.
I love this Pokemon and its pre-evo, a zebra Pokemon is such a cool idea. :) Though I hate that they have such limited movepools...
